Faultless AI were developing new technology around AI assisted computer vision, to enable people working in manufacturing to reduce errors to the point of machine-like accuracy. The new startup needed a brand, marketing and sales tools to gain investors and clients.

To overcome any negative perceptions of AI, it was important to present the technology as a helpful assistant that would increase worker confidence and productivity. The brand and messaging needed to be friendly but still appropriate for the industrial engineering sector. A compass as a visual metaphor for guidance inspired the logo rondel, with the letters AI forming an arrow.

The website, slide presentations and infographics were regularly updated and refined to address real world feedback from clients.

This short video loop was created for the website home page. The challenge was to show, in just a few seconds, both the problem and solution at the core of Faultless AI. The manual assembly process is fast and hard to track by eye, but the graphical overlay shows how the Faultless AI camera continuously monitors and understands the process in real time.
